community building refit - yarra
A old bank building was adapted to be a community space for the City of Yarra. the building was transformed from vacant space to being a vital community facility providing language classes, hospitality training and other outreach services.
community centre - city of melbourne
At inner north Community Centre has been altered over a period of years with new reception, community kitchen, Play Group room and office areas.
city of yarra - richmond pool upgrades
Difficult site issues in the Richmond Recreation Centre were overcome to create an all access pool concourse and refit the change rooms in the wet space. Other projects for the City of Yarra have included re-working of the Depot Offices, laying out the Recycling Recovery Center access areas and public amenities upgrades.
kindergartens - mitchell shire
For Mitchell Shire three kindergartens were updated and extended to suit the expanding population in the area. Wandong Kindergarten's extensions are pictured. A number of projects were carried out for the shire in their library, office, senior citizens and sporting facilities.
dilbedin kindergarten - city of yarra
In the base of a high rise public residential tower managed by Housing Victoria a new kindergarten was established to be operated by the City of Yarra.
restaurant balwyn
An old retail space was successfully transformed into a popular local pizza restaurant with its contemporary Italian influence.
office refits - superannuation
Office refits have included new interior fit outs and desking alterations for Frontier Consulting, Vision Super, Equip Super, First State Super, Health Super and others.
222 bourke street facade and retail
Numerous retail and improvement schemes have been carried out at 222 Bourke Street - initially it was a major expansion of the previous Target store and then later under new ownership rebranding the facade to the Kmart Centre. Also a number of retail outlets in the mall were designed.
