Two bijou apartments have been refitted in the same fine inter-war Venetian-style block on the foreshore at St Kilda. The views are sweeping. The upgrades make the building relevant for another generation.

Renovations are complicated in terms of getting approvals to develop! A 2003 foundation client's house was not a typical process, a contested Town Planning application created stresses but the client achieved the desired result in Melbourne's inner north and a successful build ensued - keeping the best of the old.

apy lands - modular buildings

In South Australia's remote Anangu Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Lands modular house and amenities buildings were designed in two stages at Umuwa. The ground is so soft the layout had to provide for unloading in a forward sequence only as the vehicles could not reverse.
