First Impressions Do Count

For a major Melbourne Council we recently completed a new public interface design to enhance their end user experience and provide better staff safety while at the same time addressing Disability Access, site security and respecting the existing layout. The narrow space and the linear layout has been turned into an advantage allowing a delineation of customer service areas and safe movement for staff.
