Better Containers

A long running project that started as a mapping exercise of laboratory groups in 2016 was recently completed. The works are a series of upgrades to improve the laboratory finishes, improve the physical environment to achieve Physical Containment Level 2 in existing laboratories for a large number of research groups at the Monash Medical Centre campus. A complex series of staff relocations including multiple decontamination processes was carried out. Works were carried out in 5 Levels of two adjacent buildings.
