In the base of a Fitzroy Public Housing High Rise a new kindergarten was recently completed designed by Element Architects Pty Ltd. it was a very challenging project with Hazardous materials, no ceilings and very limited ability to change the heavy construction elements. It opened in time for the current academic year.
